Positive: Great location, great price. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit.
Negative: No filters for the coffee and the coffee pot is the wrong size for the machine. Also the bathroom was still dirty (hair on the soap dispenser)

Negative: Smell of Marijuana all throughout the night as if someone was smoking right beside us and people with leaf blowers at 7:30 in the morning and blew mud all over the vehicle in the process.
