Other reviews reported this is a safe area which is untrue. Positive: The home was large and roomy Negative: The bed was broken and I had to work on stabilizing the bed. The home had dust all over the walls along with animal hair on the furniture. We were not provided with wash clothes and only had towels after making a call to request some. The home was very noisy with parties and someone standing outside the room threatening to shoot an occupant in another apt. The walls were very thin and you could hear people walking up and down the stairs all night along with walking over head. Family was unable to sleep due to the noise and threats to others outside the home and had to check out 1 day early.

Positive: Enough space for family, clean and quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, kind and quick response Negative: Need laundry detergent, enough utensils

Positive: Great location, great price. Loved the washer and dryer in the unit. Negative: No filters for the coffee and the coffee pot is the wrong size for the machine. Also the bathroom was still dirty (hair on the soap dispenser)
