First time in Memphis, great location and the place was clean and well maintained. Walkable street and quite. Enjoyed the stay and would come back for sure. Host is very responsive and very proactive in solving any questions or concerns we had.

The stay was perfect! The place was pristine, spotless, and clean. The location could not have been better. It sits in such a quiet, serene neighborhood where you can truly relax and get a peaceful night's sleep, yet it's still so conveniently close to everything you need. Having that combo made the whole stay worth it. I couldn't have asked for a better host or host experience. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spotless, restful getaway!

The hosts were very responsive, and helped us when we needed things immediately. The space its self is spacious. I think it would be good for a small family, we just went as a couple. It was easy to take an uber to and from where we were going, we didn’t spend much time at the house. The people in the unit below us went to the same event and while we could hear them through the walls and I’m sure they heard us, it wasn’t unbearable but there was definitely noise. I would come again next year, the hosts were very kind and we appreciate that.

Place was clean and easy to find, Adam and his team were super accommodating to our last minute check in
