Positive: Great and safe location. Very friendly to deal with. Good parking. Comfortable beds and very clean. Recommended if looking for an air b n b in the area.

Wilsonia Positive: I have stayed here several times, each in a different unit. But I love the old building. Each unit is a decent size. Everything was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Rooms had plenty of natural light. Beds are nice, just not for me. Negative: Wish there were black out curtains. I work nights and sleep days, and the rooms were pretty bright. The sun room was darker than the bedroom. The shower drained a little slow.

Ruime lokatie, sober ingericht. Positive: De lokatie was ruim, grote keuken, de overige kamers waren qua omvang prima. Parkeerplek in de straat of achter het huis. Lokatie Ongeveer 5 km van de stad. Negative: Het huis was oud en gaf geen frisse indruk. Kwam ook door donker meubilair en lakens en handdoeken. Vloeren kraakten, ook van de bovenburen. Gelukkig waren het rustige mensen. Keuken en badkamer waren schoon maar een vergeeld douchegordijn helpt niet. De tuin was ruim maar bestond uit een betonvloer, wat als parkeerplek gebruikt kon worden. Het pad naar de achtertuin was gedeeltelijk kapot. Ramen waren heel vies aan de buitenkant met nog veel verf klodders erop.

Nice, but not worth the money when compared to other locations Positive: The accommodation was easy to find and park. The location was pleasant. The rooms were of a good size. It was nice to have Netflix via the TV. The accommodation had the facilities needed - kitchen, washer dryer etc. It was clean. The info to access was clear and the owner responded quickly. Negative: There was no cleaning materials provided. For example there was no cloth / mop to clean up any spills etc. There were no tea towels to wipe dishes. No kitchen cloth to wipe surfaces. The front bedroom needs a small table by the bed to place a phone, water, your glasses etc, as it has nothing. There is no oven mitt, to protect your hand, if you are taking items from the oven. Work was being done on the rear of the accommodation during our stay which continued until the early hours of the morning, which meant we didn’t sleep that night. This work was not mentioned in the booking process. The cleaning fee should be already included into the price and not an additional amount, making the total paid clear and transparent - rather than think you have a good deal and then see all the “fees” added. The cleaners arrived way before the 11am check out time and were knocking our door way before check out. We just wanted a relaxing morning- not to be chased out of the room.

Very spacious, $15 Uber to Beale street, but very dirty floor, and questionable safety. Positive: Very spacious Negative: Very dirty floor, your feets will turn pitch black in 5min. The door password for the house main entrance and the entrance to the apartment is the same. Convenient, but that also mean all 3 other apartments within the house knows/have the code to get in your apartment.
