Unerträglich Positive: Die Größe der Wohnunng. Waschmaschine und Trockner haben funktioniert Negative: Das Umfeld der Wohnung. Einige Sachen waren kaputt, z.B. der Toilettenpapierhalter, Lampe im Esszimmer ging nicht, der Lamellenvorhang an der Zimmertür und eine Schranktür in der Küche war locker. Es war extrem hellhörig, der Nachbar über uns war jede Nacht so laut, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten, und letztendlich einen Tag früher abgereist sind. Ausserdem haben wir uns in dieser Wohngegend nicht wohlgefühlt.

Nerve-racking Positive: Used the same code with other guest because they walked in on me twice at different times. Pretty scary.

Customer service with one agent was great. Customer service with the other agent was horrible. Tried to tell me what was Positive: Had two people under the property unknown still don’t know they are at different times.
