Modern Magnolia Cottage | Pool & Gym Access

Terrible. Positive: We were never given a key for the front gate. I arrived at 5:30 pm on Friday, 2/13 and the gate was locked. I left 6 voice messages between Friday and Sat and no one returned my call. My friend and I (both 65 yrs old) had to lay on our stomach and slide under the gate both nights! Not cool. They do not have anyone on site, or no one that was willing to help us. Unacceptable. When I reached out to the management company on Monday, she offered a $20 credit on our $526 stay. The actual "cottage" was fine. Penn management was very unprofessional and we will post a review/warning so this won't happen to other guests! Negative: Above

It was great staying here! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and the host made everything easy. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was so easy and AMAZING! Perfect location for my daughter who rides horses at a barn up the road. It was a great area and the cottage and community are so cute! Just booked our next stay!!

The Cottages at Magnolia is a great place to stay! The location is perfect, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The pool is amazing, and the clubhouse and gym were a huge bonus. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay!
