Tropical Palm Haven w/ Pool & Firepit

The house is nice inside but the yard is unkept. Additionally, when you walked in the instant aroma of a wet dog hits you. The couch was filled with pet hair and the air filters were all dirty. The chairs all had loose screws. The fire pit did not work. We were told this house was for 10 people but there were not enough towels for everyone and we were lucky that several of us brought our own towels. The pool was dirty and needed cleaning. The owners responded right away but allowed off site property managers to deal with the situation. Off site property managers were horrible to deal with. Perhaps a lack of understanding to an allergic reaction of 1 of the guest. While we did have a service dog that came the following day. The off site property manager implied it was the service dog. It was not as the dog wasnt even there yet. The beds were super comfortable and thank god we found new air filters in the primaries closet. We were able to change all the air filters. We were told to use a vacuum onsite but that was super dirty too. We tighten the loose screws and cleaned the pool. Honestly we should be given a credit for what we had to endure. Owners, please change your property manager to someone that actually cares about your home. We have pictures to prove all above.

Very clean, beautiful property perfect for a relaxing, no-stress experience. The host provided for a great stay, and was responsive to questions—I’d definitely stay here again, and I’d recommend this for anyone who would appreciate the pool and comfortable living areas when they’re not taking advantage of the many events and activities in the area.

Not good wouldn’t recommend it or stay there again. Positive: The open kitchen and living room are nice and the kids room is nice. Negative: The master bed dips in the middle and is super uncomfortable we had to keep fixing the bed. The refrigerator light didn’t work the whole time the maintenance guy came and never fixed it. There was no hot water the first night the owner refused to compensate had to call booking to refunded for the night. The property is super close to a major road 66th st and you can hear everything from the road, loud cars, honking all night and day. The car wash right next door constantly beeps loud at all times of the day. Not a good place for a vacation if you want to relax and get away.
