False advertising and rude reps Negative: There was no spa, it stated 2 sofa beds, there were no beds only sofas and one of the sofas were located in a common area. There were disabled vehicles located in the front and in the back of the property. I never spoke with the host and the assistant that I spoke with was not willing to accommodate my family with this inconvenience of having to find proper accommodations for our stay.

Fine, nothing special Positive: Reasonable value for money, lots of space inside. Clean. Comfortable beds. Negative: Noise travels a lot from the apartment above. Not the nicest location. Not easy to chat to the hosts.

Old world charm Positive: It’s a nice little place; old world vibes! Easy to locate and park, not bad travel times to good food. Beds were comfortable and the hot water was plentiful.

An excellent find in the heart of Memphis Positive: Amazing property, great space and clear directions from host. The location was close to Beale Street- just a short cab ride away! We would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Great and charming house and location. The second floor is available to book as well, but you won't see people as they split the house in two apartments. Negative: Communication could be better since they asked me to confirm my identity more than one time when I had already submitted my ID. I asked for the door code and they asked again for my ID. Things were solved quickly though.
