Downtown Dream Casa Near Chico State, Private Yard

My stay at the home was very comfortable. Positive: Super cute and clean and cozy! Negative: Close to everything

Positive: Very quiet location. Green and peaceful front and backyard. The house was big and roomy. Great for family with kids. Negative: Older house that creaked a lot at night. Additional clean blankets and towels would have been nice. It seemed like the family was living there and just stepped out for us to come in. Blankets in the closet were not washed and had hair on them. I don’t know if they were there for us to use or not.

The house was clean and having a bedroom with on suite located at the other side of house from other two bedrooms was good if privacy is something one interested in having. The neighborhood was quite and felt safe. Downtown was a nice walking distance too. I recommend The Rooster Cafe if you’re looking for variety and good tasting food.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is centrally located and easy to find. The house is large, kitchen is nice and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We will return!
