Gorgeous Upstairs Studio with Patio and Laundry

Very nice & clean space in a safe location but needs much better wifi and some basic amenities . Positive: Space was clean and updated. Loft space above a garage that is used for laundry services (I assume for the landlord) - so no car exhaust fumes or engine noise. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was updated as well. Nice shower. Quite, safe neighborhood just outside the edge of the student housing. Supermarket right down the street. Dedicated parking space was nice. Washer and dryer worked well. Negative: WiFi was unusable - had to rely on my cell phone hot spot. Even after guest in front house reset the router. Couldn't really use TV. I had to buy a few throw pillows for the sofa because there were none, Also had to buy a couple ice trays and disposable plastic cutlery - three forks was not enough. Had to buy a few bath towels and kitchen towels. I left these items there for future guests to use. Otherwise, space was perfect for what was needed for my five week stay. Small but modern and clean. Host was very responsive when needed.

Positive: Spacious and good ac.. Negative: Hard pillows

My stay was enjoyable- just don't do yard work or any sort of communal contribution & youll love it Positive: I enjoyed everything besides a couple of miscommunications with the host/ cleaning crew- plus they were there every day and that was a little odd. Negative: I could have been spoken to directly as opposed to where we left off. Plus- someone left an aggressive and bizarre note on a giant piece of trash that they stuck to my car - so that was weird.

GREA Positive: Everything was good Negative: Had problems with the wifi was real in and out service couldn't watch t.v. the night we stayed there cuz the wifi..other then that a great stay
