Guest House: Accessible to Downtown & Fast WiFi!

Positive: Was private, and very comfortable. Was incredibly clean,which shows a high level of customer service. Negative: There was nothing I can think of that I didn't like about my stay. When my wife and I spend time in Chico I look forward to staying there and for my wife to experience the property.

We would definitely stay here again! Positive: It was very nicely appointed, making our stay very comfortable. Negative: We couldn’t figure out how to adjust the air conditioner, but it stayed cool enough for our comfort.

Great location and beautiful, clean guest house. Positive: Beautiful 25 minute walk to University. Very cute and comfy guest house. I would love to rent it again soon!

Very relaxing. Positive: The location worked well for us. Close to dining and family. Having a kitchen allowed us to easily contribute to a family pot luck and save on meals. Parking was a big plus for us. When we arrived we found the coffee maker missing some parts and contacted the hosts team and are very grateful to the whole team for a quick solution. Thank you for a great place to call home away from home. Negative: Because of the weather an inconvenient puddle developed just in side the gate making keeping our feet dry in the dark difficult. We tried to keep from tracking water inside and thought a small mat inside the door would have been handy. My wife mentioned it would be nice if there was a suitcase stand in the bedroom.
